Terms and conditions of Sale and Right of Withdrawal
Online sale on the part of Perform S.r.l. is pursuant to current Italian law regarding sale by mail order with right of withdrawal.
Every transmitted order represents an explicit acceptance of the delivery terms and authorizes Perform S.r.l. to charge the customer the total fee including mailing expenses.
Products will be delivered to all areas of Italy with corriere espresso.
Data provided by the client when ordering will be included in the receipt.
Receipts are issued the moment the products leave, and are sent by email to the address provided by the customer. No modifications are possible once the receipt is issued.
The caption ‘available’ must be considered as having indicative value only, in regards to the quantity of items in storage or to the possibility of multiple purchases at any given moment by different users. For this reason, Perform S.r.l. reserves the right to recheck availability once the order has been received, and in case of no availability, to inform the customer by email. The customer will be given the choice whether to wait for the missing item, replace it with another product, or exclude it from the order.
Warranty on products
In case of lack of conformity of the products, Perform S.r.l. will carry out repairs/replacements, made directly by the producer.
The purchaser must give notice of the defect by sending an email within 7 days of receiving the product, to the address firstname.lastname@example.org, attaching a copy of the corresponding receipt.
If by any reason Perfomr S.r.l. is not able to supply the client with a repaired or replaced product under warranty, Perform S.r.l. may decide, at its own discretion, whether to give the customer back the entire fee or substitute the defective product with a product of equal or better characteristics.
Repairs or substitutions may be carried out with parts or products not necessarily identical to the defective products in the original packaging, but in any case equal or superior to brand new parts and products in terms of functionality, performance and esthetics.
The warranty covers factory defects and non conformity of products ONLY. With the exception of complete substitution of defective and non conforming products, Perform S.r.l. takes no responsibility for direct and indirect damage resulting from incorrect use of the product on the part of the customer. Any sent products
- that do not include original accessories and packaging
- received in improper packaging, therefore possibly damaged during transportation
will be mailed back to the sender. Warranty does NOT cover damage due to lack of use of original product packaging or adequate external safety packaging.
If the product turns out to be tampered with, Perform S.r.l. reserves the right to deem the warranty as not valid. In case the signaled anomaly does not subsist, the product will be mailed back to the sender, who will pay for mailing expenses.
ATTENTION! Fees for substituting a product will be covered by Perform S.r.l., which will organize collection at the customer’s premises following instructions previously communicated by email.
Right of Withdrawal
We guarantee that all of our customers can be absolutely relaxed in the purchasing process.
This is why, if the product you have received does not satisfy you 100%, you can exercise your right to a refund.
The customer can exercise his/her right to withdrawal and refund in accordance with Italian law D.Lgs 206/2005 under the following terms and conditions:
- customers must communicate their will to withdraw the purchase within 14 working days from the date of delivery of the product, first by an email sent to email@example.com, which must be confirmed within 48 hours by a postal raccomandata A.R.
- customers must return the product within 10 working days from the date of delivery to the following address:

Acceptance of returned products is subject to the following conditions (in accordance with Italian D.L. 206/1005):
- products must be returned undamaged and unused;
- returns must be made using the original packaging of the product. If the original packaging is no longer available or is ruined, it’s possible to replace it with similar packaging. In any case, the wooden box containing the product must be included and adequately packaged;
- returned merchandise must be accompanied by a copy of the purchase receipt;
- transportation fees related to returned merchandise must be covered by the purchaser;
- the purchaser must accept full responsibility in case of loss or damage of returned merchandise.
Once the above conditions are verified, we will proceed to a full refund. If all the conditions are not met, the product will be mailed back to the sender.
Refund will be complete in the briefest possible time, and in any case within 30 days of withdrawal notification. Mailing costs and any further cash-on-delivery costs are excluded from reimbursement. In the case of products sent with free shipping, standard mailing costs will be deducted from the reimbursement.
Once customers notify us of their bank account details, returned merchandise will be refunded by bank transfer. In the case of customer payments using PayPal, refunds will be reimbursed through PayPal as well.
The content of the present document may undergo future changes whenever Perform S.r.l. may add, modify, or eliminate characteristics of its services and products.
How to purchase
Purchasing on www.cattitude.it is very simple. You can browse the site and click the image of any given product to get information about its charateristics. In the product tab that opens up, you’ll find out what materials were used, a description of the product and the price. You can visualize selected products, number of items and the total cost in the shopping cart page.
By clicking on “Proceed with PayPal” (Procedi con Paypal) you can proceed with your purchase. To complete your order you need to complete the Checkout pages, following step-by-step instructions. In those pages, you can see exactly how much of the checkout process has been completed. All of the data of your order is summarized at the end of the procedure, and once the purchase process has been confirmed, it will not be possible to make changes. As soon as the purchase has been completed, you will receive a confirmation email with the purchase overview and your order number.
Methods of payment
Payment is only possible using PayPal. It’s possible to make payments by PayPal using your personal PayPal account or your credit card. The transaction is 100% safe and takes place entirely within PayPal servers (http://www.paypal.com): we do not intercept nor store customer data.
Orders made on www.cattitude.it are delivered to all areas of Italian territory through Bartolini express courier or an equivalent service.
Orders are processed after effective availability of the product is checked and the payment is controlled. In case of error or if the order cannot be processed, the amount owed might be refunded. Deliveries are made exclusively within Italian territory. After the order is processed, delivery takes 5-7 working days.
WARNING: no deliveries are made to P.O. boxes.
The moment the order is handed to the courier, you’ll receive an email from the courier service with the shipping and delivery details of your product and how to trace your order, at the address you furnished during the purchasing phase.
